Lead times

We deliver most of the standard range types from stock. All other types are manufactured to order with a delivery time of 10-20 business days.

Payment

Both Paypal and bank transfer are accepted. Within the EU bank transfers are free of charge and preferred. For orders outside the EU, Paypal is recommended due to bank charges associated with international payments.

Shipments & shipping cost

All shipments are carried by GLS Logistics, PostNL or EMS, registered and insured. Tracking info is sent to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Within Europe, shipping cost is in the range of €25.00 - €40.00 for parcels up to 20kg. USA, Hong Kong, China, Russia, etc is €60.00 - €120.00 for parcels up to 20kg. We do pack carefully, this takes time, effort and good materials. A packing cost of €25.00 will be charged for all parcels >10kg.
